Alteredarmy offers for sale streetwear clothing items and urban accessories, marketed exclusively through the online platform alteredarmy.com. All products are accurately described in their individual sheets, and images are for informational purposes.
The user undertakes to provide real and complete data upon registration, not to use the site for illegal purposes, and to respect the brand's intellectual property rights. Any attempt at fraud or abuse will lead to the immediate suspension of the account.
We commit to processing orders within a maximum of 48 business hours and to providing support via email at info@alteredarmy.com. We reserve the right to modify prices and stocks without prior notice, but already confirmed orders remain valid at the displayed price.
Alteredarmy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure. Our total liability for any direct damage is limited to the value of the respective order. We do not provide implied warranties regarding the suitability of products for a particular purpose.
Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by bank card or cash on delivery. Delivery is made by express courier throughout Romania, within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
These conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be informed by email about major changes 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after the new terms come into force constitutes acceptance of them.
